I am going to allow you folks to start creating magical items. This is both people with arcana and religion. They have a base system in Eberron that is a little more inclusive than the standard rules. An arcane spellcaster uses Arcana to create schema. A divine caster uses Religion, while a druid or ranger relies on Nature. I am allowing people to work on items while traveling, but the fastest speed will be half speed (basically you only get half credit for researching/studying while traveling, so for every 2 weeks you only get 1 week credit for it). Of course there are many situations where you don't get any credit (such as in dungeons) so I will give you a tally of your time as you go. Any questions let me know. It is expensive, time consuming but I think a cool option for all of you.
