Reggie creating a schema for Manual of Dexterity

Reggie is creating a schema for the Dexterity Manual. He has the requisite +8 arcana to do a schema for a very rare item. We are using the Eberron's Magic Item Creation Rules, and he will get AT MAX 1/2 credit of time during travel.

Schema requires 8 weeks for very rare item. 25 weeks for actual item creation.
