KEYLETH
The Order had a job for Keyleth, it is to take a family along the main Silk Highway. You will pick them up in a tiny town of Marzdur about 70 miles to the North, and bring them down to Kokand as a religious travel for them to see the temple to the god Savras, the god of divination and fate. They are trying to determine if they should marry their daughter off to the local baron or not.
During your trip back you are attacked by an orc war band, known as the “Rushing River”. You hold them off well after some close action and you fought their leader Dormin Talad, a very large Orc. You pushed them back with a few losses on the Orc side, but Dormin got away.
1. You have earned a rival (Dormin) which is basically a defeated enemy who is looking to fix up his reputation. 2. You gained 100gp worth of loot from your defeated foes (your choice in how you want it to appear). 3. Your order knows you were successful, you have increased the reputation of the Order and your appreciation in your Order is starting to increase.

JACK:
While Jack is out looking for stories and rumors, he comes across an old disabled sailor who has some things to tell Jack if Jack is willing to buy him a few drinks… for a few days.
There is a story told by a group of individuals looking for a child that may have been found on the shoreline about 16-18 years ago or so. All that is known is the child (toddler) spoke a human language not easily understood in the surrounding area. The child did seem to be blessed with the signs that they had the powers of a sorcerer.
The individuals looking for the child said that he was kidnapped along with his sister, also thought to possibly be a sorceress. The two children between each other could perform small cantrips.
The story seems to indicate that the two were kidnapped from a small royal family that lived in an island nation to the south. Originally they believe the kidnappers had been hired to remove them for an unknown reason. Instead of killing them though, the kidnappers sought out someone to sell them into indentured servitude. For an unknown reason the boy child at least was released on the shore.
Your new contact Nestor is unsure where the child went though. This all happened while he was out at sea (the child supposedly arriving). He only heard this from people who later came to the area looking for said child.
He is not sure how much he believes, but he did find a ring later that week after those searching for the child left. The golden ring was worked in a way that was not done locally.
Results for in-between the game itself.
1. Lore: Possible kidnapped child, one of two from some sort of royal family to the South 2. Activity: Carousing - You met Nester the Grey, a very old seaman unable to sail anymore due to the loss of a leg in a naval battle. However, he makes a good allied contact who sometimes knows things down at the dock. 3. Loot: Nester gave you a small signet ring, with a wave wrapping around a trident. He said he picked this ring up off the ocean shore a few days after the child was rumored to be discovered. The ring would be too big for a small child, but had a woven thread through the ring acting as a necklace.
