Hey everyone
1. The group agreed on Sunday that due to absences in 4/22 we would cancel that game and instead play Saturday night 4/28. I am thinking of aiming for 5pm but I know we may have some variability.
2. Because of other player scheduling issues I know we talked about moving the 5/6 game to another Saturday night in 5/12. Unfortunately I can’t make that work. At this moment I am unsure about the original 5/6 date.
I will let you know this week about 5/6. If we don’t keep that date not a huge loss because we play 5/20 and that is only three weeks after 4/28 game.
3. I think I have everyone’s schedule, but to double and triple check could everyone please email me your availability through June and get that to me by Thursday 4/12. This also gives Jon a chance to give me his schedule.
4. Downtime. I need everyone’s downtime, three weeks worth by Friday 4/13. Otherwise you will have to live with what I assign you. Please send it earlier if you can.
