“Not that anything’s going to happen to you any time soon.” She gives Rabbit a look.
“But yes, copies would be a good idea. Blocking the tunnels is another good idea if it’s doable.” She picks up her wuill and jots a note down on a rapidly growing list of to-do’s
“If we can’t block them, how costly would it be to set spells on them to deter people and things from spending time in there?”

Rabbit continues holding Luke's hand. "We can seal off most of the tunnels, and it wouldn't be too costly for traps and spell foci. Te'Teh would be definitely useful for this, with her natural abilities.."
She smiles over at the tiefling

Key nods as Rabbit speaks then starts to write again and speaks to Te’Teh.
“Are you okay setting that up? Should we organize some help for you?” She stops writing abruptly sitting up in her chair, her back ridged. Her cheeks go a bit pink, her eyes round.
“We lit out of the inn without letting Anglerond know where we were going.”

Rabbit smirks. "He has been outside for the last three or four minutes, elven rangers always think they are quiet, but the knock around like a large ox"
Rabbit gives Key a wink, "Although you could do a lot worse."

"Well, I can set another plate, if he wants. My patients and people won't come around unless it's an emergency with you all here anyways. They have an allergy to the well armed," Luke smiles.
"Can we talk about the big issue? Sorting out all of this is fine, but Glorion was here, and was looking for the dragon. She hid from him while he was looking. I don't think she's necessarily evil in character, but as boastful and willing to fight as she is, she hid from him, and that is concerning to me that her instincts ran that way," Luke says.

Key takes a deep breath in and lets it out a bit shakely.
“You are very right. He is a very real danger to us. I need to be honest with all of you. If he comes at us, my instinct would not be to kill. That being said, whe should take precautions. Or are you of the mind to go find him?”
She gets up, strides to the door and opens it.
“This is a conversation that you need to be involved in Anglerond. So coukd you please come in?”

Anglerond looks up from his seat beside the door, a piece of wood and a carving knife moving together in a slow dance, small flecks of wood coming off, something has started to form in the wood itself. He looks up at Key, shrugs and steps in. "As you wish my queen."
A small smile flickers across his face when he says that..

Rabbit nods at Luke. "You are right, she hasn't been afraid of anything else, including several pirate ships with cannons, a large ambush, or any of us. Do you think its the same thing that scares Alluvia?"

"I do think it's in the same vein as what is scaring Alluvia half to death. She's clearly in possession of some oracle abilities, and her half brother frightens her. Whatever he's been doing, it's a big deal. We should also be aware that she is some sort of record keeper for us. Whatever fool's errand we are on with this quest, the Fate's have tied her to us. I don't think it's an accident that Glorion's sister and Glorion are bound up into this somehow," Luke says.

Key rolls her eyes at Anglerond. She strides back to her chair and sits, picking up her quill and toying with it nervously.
“We should check in with her on a regular basis to see if she has any insight on her brother. Im willing to take that on. I’ll check with her weekly.” She rubs a hand on her leg anxiously.
“Anglerond, can you give us any insight on his powers? Would it be foolish to take the fight to him?”

Anglerond sits on the chair near the bed, wood and knife in hand. He watches Key speak and his eyes are cautious. "Are you sure you want to pursue that angle? Are we sure he isn't in need? I am reluctant to do something drastic in case he is being possessed or it isn't actually him. I do worry though if we wait too long it might cost someone their lives that we know."
A look of frustration crosses his face, "There was never a sign of this in all the years I trained him. He could be argumentative, pushy and arrogant but he always had a light inside. I don't know what I missed. I worry that the forest got to him, like the elves you found in Bhen Tharim."

"We don't know, but we should be prepared in either case. I'd like to help him if this is a possession, but he's a strong fighter, and we might find ourselves in a situation where fighting is our only option," Luke says.
"He was always a blood thirsty, but he said Corellon was a god of blood vengeance. None of us knew this was total bullshit. Because of his religious paladin ways, we assumed wrongly that his god was bloody and violent and that this was him being good about it. Now I know whatever he thought his religion was, apparently the man never bothered to read his own religion's holy texts. I saw Corellon on the island. He was an elf of age, and seemed more focused on life and protection than Glorion's 'bloody vengeance' story. I think he chose to avoid his home because you would have all known the difference immediately. We, not being elves and unfamiliar with those gods, did not. Don't blame yourself," Luke says.

Key continues her anxious fiddling.
“I didn’t mean we should kill him on sight. I couldn’t do that even if that’s what was called for. I should have used different words. Im sorry for the confusion.” She sets her quill down and looks directly at Anglerond.
“This is not anyone’s fault. I think the interaction witt his god left him vulnerable to outside influence of some kind. Weather its the mists, or Mori. The latter would be rather poetic really, seen as how we banished his male assimar. He needs help, I just hope he isn’t beyond the point where he would take it.” She pauses letting that sink in.
“How do you think we can best help him. You’ve known him the longest, and seen and interacted with him the most recently.”

Anglerond looks skeptically at Rabbit, then turns to Key. "Luke is right about this. There is something about all of this, with Alluvian ties in. I know she loves her brotherly deeply but if she is scared we need to maybe move on this. I am uncomfortable with the idea but he is powerful and favored by the gods, just seemingly not Corellon anymore."
He sighs, "He May still be redeemable, but this is how Death Knights and other fallen Paladin are borne. Being an Aasimar just makes it more dangerous and unknowable about what he is about."
