Hey folks,
Yes I am overwhelming you with stuff, I assume a lot of this will taper off once the campaign has been going for awhile.
For Character logs (whether its quest logs, treasure keeping logs, personal logs, character personal writing, etc) I am thinking I am going to award 50% of what the group award was. There is only 1 award per session, so no multiple logs to obtain multiple awards for the same session. I would love multiple logs if you are doing multiple things, but to avoid any further issues that character log/writing is limited to 1 award per session.
Now, other things such as artwork, painting miniatures, etc won't have a set number of XP as time put into that is incredibly fluid. You do not have to be picasso or Bob Ross even, all I ask is for a valid attempt at creating art (poetry, short stories, etc). Once again this kind of submission is only good once a session.
End result, you can submit one log/personal writing/report/etc for 50% of that session's points and one additional submission be it art, poetry, short story, etc which will have a variable award.
I would like your feedback on this though!

One clarification, I do count character art as a separate category. I generally will give you credit for it separate. So final tally per session 1. Journal entry/letter/log 1. "Other submission, whether it is for your faction on the website, a short story, whatever. 1 Portrait or other "artwork"

Also I do reserve the right to look at you blankly if you had me 10 photoshops that only have one difference each and say they count as one (or nothing depending). Well there goes that brilliant plan...

I wouldn't mind seeing intangibles as rewards instead of xp. Perhaps situational bonuses for say, artwork that the nobles may have heard of, that kind of thing. I do kind of worry about the xp thing getting out of hand as we go forward.
Glorian: Once again I see no mention of Honor as a reward. Excuse me while I go and bravely slay some goblins. *runs off screaming* "HONORRRRRR!!!!!" *goblin shrieks and Glorion's laughter ensue*

I am being tentative with the xp amounts because I need to see a couple of full adventure sessions to get a feel of the XP award, because I probably won't be giving out 5,000xp for a submission (more than likely it would stay around the 100-200xp range in the higher levels). I don't mind a greater impact to small characters, but I definitely won't give that impact as you get higher...
